Solid products, minor shipping wait

I placed an order for a Gesichtsseife, a Lippenbalsam, and a Seifenschalen aus Olivenholz. The ordering process was smooth, website was easy to navigate. The items arrived in good condition, well-packed to prevent damage. The Gesichtsseife has been gentle on my sensitive skin, no irritation at all, which is a big plus for me. The Lippenbalsam is very moisturizing. The olive wood soap dish looks nice and keeps the soap dry. Shipping took 9 days to reach New York, a bit on the longer side, but considering it's coming from Germany, it's understandable. Customer support wasn't needed, everything arrived as expected. I appreciate the plastic-free packaging.

I actually like Blumenmädchen's conditioner better than Lush's solid ones. Lush's always felt a bit waxy to me, this one rinses cleaner.

Yeah, totally plastic-free. All the stuff I've gotten from them came in paper or cardboard, no plastic wrap or anything.
